Anya was excellent to work with! I was very worried before we met Anya that we would have someone showing us houses that would pressure us or try to rush us into something. This was not the case with Anya. She did an excellent job pointing out the good and the not so good at each house but still allowed us to come to our own conclusion. She always listened to our interests, was patient as we looked at many homes and even ended up picking a house for us that was not in our search engine! It was suited to our taste so much that that was the one we picked. When she thought of us when she saw a house that wasn't even in our search I knew she always had us in mind and knew what we were looking for. Few agents actually stay on top of their deals. Anya is always on her game and is one of the sharpest agents I've met. She responds to questions before AND after a listing agreement has been signed. Some agents don't take calls once they get your listing. On the sale of this house, she even put together a packet for the appraiser to convince the appraiser that the strike price we reached with the buyer was indeed an accurate and realistic price-point for the home.

Anya was so terrific with helping us not only find our first house, but also making sure at every turn that we were getting the absolute most out of our investment. She was great about explaining every aspect of the home buying process, and made sure to connect us with other people who could help us. We never felt like we were on our own during this potentially stressful endeavor.
