Cesar Egas
Cesar Egas brings a unique cultural blend and an unstoppable drive to everything he does. Born to Peruvian and Chinese parents, he spent his childhood in Peru before moving to Oklahoma, where he finished high school at Edmond North. From a young age, Cesar was always on the move - playing sports, leading teams, and learning the value of discipline, teamwork, and determination. A natural leader, he’s often found taking the reins and rallying others toward a common goal.
In 2014, Cesar made a bold decision to completely pivot his career. Starting from the ground up, he jumped into the world of construction, eager to learn the ins and outs of every trade involved in property renovation. Around the same time, his curiosity for real estate began to grow - and he dove into self-education on everything from investment strategies to property management.
By 2016, Cesar had launched his own general contracting company, managing everything from single-unit flips to large-scale renovations with budgets exceeding $100,000. He’s renovated over 100 units for investors and brings a hands-on, knowledgeable approach to every project. His deep understanding of real estate, paired with his passion for helping others, led him to earn his real estate license - and today, he wears many hats as a bilingual Realtor®, general contractor, project manager, and real estate investor.
Cesar lives in Northwest Central OKC with his wife, Miranda, and their three children. He stays active playing & coaching soccer, training in martial arts, and teaching salsa - in fact, he’s one of the most advanced salsa dancers and instructors in the state! Whether he's renovating properties, guiding clients through the investment process, or taking on the next big challenge, Cesar does it all with purpose, energy, and a relentless drive to succeed.
