Justine Lepak Hall

Justine (Lepak) Hall is a proud native of Oklahoma City, raised in the northwest part of town. A graduate of Putnam City North High School, Justine’s creative spirit and natural leadership emerged early - she was not only active in Art Club but also elected President during her senior year. After high school, she went on to study at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond to continue expanding her horizons.

Over the years, Justine has thrived in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, always bringing a calm, capable energy to every role she takes on. She’s led teams as a manager at Starbucks, helped run Urban Teahouse alongside the owner, and worked across a variety of service-based jobs - from waiting tables at local favorites to spinning tracks as a midday DJ on The Spy and emceeing community events. No matter the setting, she’s known for her organizational chops, adaptability, and top-notch customer service.

These days, Justine lives in Northwest Central OKC with her two daughters, Indigo and Magnolia, and their two French Bulldogs - Davey Crockett and Dolly Parton. Whether she’s helping others, organizing chaos with grace, or stepping up to lead, Justine brings creativity, heart, and a people-first mindset to everything she does.
